Have you tracked down what caused it? I’ve been on Macs for 15 years and haven’t had trouble with these until recently, now I’m getting 3 a week or so. Can’t figure out what’s causing it. Any advice or thoughts?

Sorry, this was a long time ago, I don’t remember what the issue was. They are very nondescript so your best bet might be to swing by the Apple Store.
